360s and PS3 Cost More In Middle East

It seems that we are always asking for a price drop and always complaining that the nex-gen consoles cost so much. We should be thankful actually. Prices of these consoles outside our country is really drastic. In the middle east, one of the most poorest countries in the world, has these consoles costing way way way more then what we get them for.

1 USD = 3.64 QAR 1 QAR = 0.2747 USD

This is roughly the cost of Qatar Riyals to US Dollars. A 360 costs 2300 Riyals while the PS3 costs 2500 Riyals. That's about $630 for a Premium 360 and about $690 for the PS3, almost $700. The bump up from the PS3 isn't as bad as the 360. Almost twice more then MSRP.

So let us be happy buyers and buy with a smile. We are lucky people to embrace these consoles with such generous prices.
